Our physicians meet with and carefully evaluate each patient and create a well-designed individualized pain care plan to manage your pain over time. All pain care plans are executed in concert with a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant. All pain care plans are communicated to your referring doctor.

At Specialists in Pain Care, we encourage and accept self-referrals. If you would prefer to have your physician refer you, contact our office, and we will provide you with the information needed by your doctor’s office. If you choose to self-refer, we will reach out and obtain all your medical information prior to your first visit.
